  • Oracle Cloud → Navigator → My Client Groups → Data Exchange → HCM Extract Definitions

Step 3: Define Data Group

  • Add a primary data group (e.g., Worker)

  • Source: Database Item Group

  • Set context: e.g., Assignment ID

Step 4: Add Records and Attributes

  • Under the data group, create a record (e.g., PersonalDetails)

  • Add attributes such as Person Number, Name, Email

Step 5: Configure Delivery Options

  • Format: XML or CSV

  • Method: Email or UCM

Step 6: Generate and View Output

  • Submit the Extract

  • Monitor status in the View Results tab

  • Download and verify output file
